"dirty. needs rennovation. we cancelled our booking."

the manager of the hotel: because he agreed this hotel is a complete mess and he came with us (in the middle of the night) to get another hotel.

The hotel was dirty, and the furniture needs a desperite renewal. It was so awfull that we cancelled. The manager of the hotel agreed with us. He told me he asked the owner serveral times to clean and renovate the hotel, but the owner did nothing. I did not want to unpack my suitcase because the hotel was so dirty. We cancelled and moved to another hotel. The manager of this property showed us other hotels from the same owner (warhol properties) but they were all dirty and in need of renovation.
