All rooms, living and dining hall were very clean. Feel like a home. Very near to nearby amenities, restaurant and facilities (need to drive around 2km only) Self-service laundry was still under renovation, so it will add up the list of amenities in the future. Highly recommended if you need 3 rooms apartment for your family members.

Parking area was a bit confusing for first timer. Only master bedroom and living room were equipped with air-condition.

1/ Security was extreme to the point of paranoia. 2/ Regarding security at the main gate to building, the process was tediously repeated every single time going in and out of the compound. 3/ Ckecking process included request for picture of car registration. Yet, we were never told whether we are Residents ( where car registration recognition cameras facilitate ease of entry and exit), or Visitors ( where each entry and exit becomes a tedious exercise of patience with the JOBSWORTH, security guards who never ever display any help fullness, nor respect, least of all to expect any friendliness! Why bother to ask me for such personally private details where it does not facilitate any ease of entry into paid for property! 4/ Roads are extremely poorly signposted, if not nonexistent. 5/ Each monolithic block, of which there are many standing next to each other were extremely difficult to help with navigating to correct entry gate as each gate were not labelled, if at all clearly visible to drivers. 6/. Building corridors are poorly lit, and very disappointingly lacking cleanliness expected considering all the palaver needed to get pass those robotic security guards. 7/ Only 2 out of 4 Rooms have air conditioning. Not to be expected considering all the reviews giving high ratings. I really wonder how....? Will never recommend it to anyone I know. All in all, a very frustrating, unpleasant and rather poor value for money experience

"Overall, had a pleasant stay."

The apartment is clean, host is responsive and very helpful. Instruction for check-in was clear and easy to follow.

There’s nothing not to like but hope the host can put up a mirror above the sink in each bathroom.
