"Lovely apartment, central but no air conditioning- beware of the seaguls!"

Apartment is in a very central location right next to centre, restraunts, beaches. Apartment is very clean and well laid out.

Stairs to apartment were very steep, made it a struggle with or without cases going up and down. Not ideal for anyone with limited mobility. There are seagulls above on the roof which as they are protecting their young made it difficult to sit on the balcony as you generally got attacked. No air conditioning which makes it a very Warm apartment in summer when it hits +37 degrees. Air conditioning being added would make this an outstanding place to stay.

"Very comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the town and the beach."

Great location in easy walking distance to everything in Sesimbra. Very comfortable and well fitted out.

Stairs are steep - which was OK but wont suit evwryone.
