Blue Bay Beach Apartment

Location was great. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Finding parking could be challenging. But overall great place.

A beautiful light and spacious apartment, great views and modern, stylish interior. Really well equipped and perfect location, near the beach without being noisy. I would live here!

Nothing at all

The view was exceptional! Clean and comfortable. In the heart of the action ! Exceptional location to be experience Sesimbra. Close to all the action, coffee shops bakery, market and beach

The climb to the the 4th floor felt like the 10th floor. And the building itself is old and smells like an old building. The apartment it self was great and there where no concerns with smells once in the building.

The apartment was in a fantastic location in the centre of the town close to everything. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. The apartment was full of light and had fantastic outdoor space for a fourth floor apartment with a good sized terrace and a large roof terrace. The views are fantastic. It was very well equipped except for a shortage of a range of drinking glasses. An absolutely fantastic place for a couple or family with a number of children. The main bedroom was spacious with an incredibly comfy bed. There is a garage for parking. This was a 10 minute walk away and cost 10 euros a day. This is an uphill walk though.

Access to the apartment was the main problem. Parking to drop off luggage can be difficult as the entrance is in a narrow street with restricted parking. The apartment is also on the fourth floor with no lift and a large number of steps, consequently carrying luggage up the stairs is a physical task. I would not recommend the apartment to anyone with any physical difficulties or problems with stairs. Although the apartment is very well equipped there are very few drinking glasses apart from glasses for soft drinks. Limited adult glasses. We were a couple staying in the apartment which is advertised as an apartment for 6 adults and 2 children. I wouldn't recommend those numbers. First of all there is only 1 bathroom. It would be ideal for a family with 3/4 children as there is only 1 main bedroom. The second bedroom is a bunk room and isn't ideal for adults. The other bed is a sofa bed in the lounge area.

You will find anything you need there from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. Apartment is beautifully decorated and it has airco everywhere. They have a terrace facing the mountains and see . And the people that supports you is beyond friendly

The apartment was fresh and well decorated and in a great location.

We had an unfortunate incident where on the theird day of our stay, we did a load of laundry and when the cycle was completed the machine door remained locked all day. The host was fairly unresponsive and was aware that the machine door was broken but had not mentioned it to us. We would not have done laundry if we’d known our clothes would be trapped until nearly our checkout time! We had to ask so many times for someone to come help us open the broken washing machine until eventually the host sent her brother the next day so we could get our clothes before checking out. Seemed like a very preventable issue that unfortunately dominated the night before we left.
