Apartamento muito moderno e bem equipado. Otima localização (perto da praia da California). Iremos com certeza voltar noutras alturas.

Location was good, views were excellent, good parking place and apartment was clean.

The view of the ocean is pleasant.

False Advertising The property advertisement states it includes the following amenities: Infinity pool Hot tub/jacuzzi Spa bath Tumble dryer Toilet paper However, we discovered that the property does not have an infinity pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, a working spa bath with a plug, a tumble dryer, or sufficient toilet paper (only enough for 3 days). The spa bath has been decommissioned, with non-functional buttons, no running water from the bath spout, and no plug available. Very Poor Standard Ripped and faded outdoor lounges Ripped and damaged dining chairs Multiple broken blinds and fixtures that are unusable due to the risk of falling off the wall (despite the host's promise to send someone to fix them, which did not happen) Cracks in two glass panels on the balcony Unusable frying pans Kitchen cupboards with food scraps and greasy fingerprints Only two garbage bags and two dishwasher tabs provided Toaster full of crumbs, which fell all over the floor Broken drying rack Broken frame in the bathroom screen Mouldy and unclean stains around the shower Very old black plaque in the bath water from the jets, requiring us to make our own plug to use the spa bath All items in the apartment are very tired, old, and worn We notified the host each time we discovered something broken, damaged, or missing from the advertised amenities to avoid liability. However, we found numerous discrepancies between the property's profile on Booking.com and the actual amenities provided. We specifically chose this property for the tumble dryer, spa bath, hot tub, and infinity pool, which are crucial for us, especially with a young family. The absence of these amenities has significantly impacted our stay. Despite our efforts to communicate with the host regarding these issues, we found them evasive and uncooperative. It seems unjust that a host can falsely advertise amenities and escape accountability.

The apartment is very good, there is a nice view, nice pool and it is silent in the night.

The location leaves something to be desired. There are stairs to get to the beach. It is advisable to use the car to get to the beach, especially if you have elderly people or people with reduced mobility with you.

Fabulous view and good sized balcony from which to enjoy it. Spacious lounge and master bedroom and has some smart pieces in it. Sesimbra is beautiful - and this is a great location from which to take it all in.

Sadly, the details don't match the view. Fundamental things we needed didn't work properly - the main toilet, the heating (/aircon), bulbs had blown, batteries were flat, some cupboard doors fall shut. No instructions, no local knowledge - no nice touches. And this is a modern flat with wifi, yet the password is withheld? Yes, it is lovely, but it could be so much more...
