great location on ortigia and spacious, tastefully decorated, direct view from balcony on to the sea

didn’t really find a dislike. we didn’t use the kitchen, but then, if we had stayed longer we would have probably cooked

Location is amazing. Great sea view.

Internet didn’t work properly. Staff forgot to tell us about hot water so we showered with cold water. Staff was friendly and was here to help. The apartment was weirdly set up, with shower in the bedroom, kitchen on a separate floor. not that convenient.
