Dream Suite in Ortigia

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortigia, reso ancora più speciale dalla casa che mi ha ospitato. L’alloggio è accogliente, pulito e curato. La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dal mare e dai luoghi più suggestivi del centro storico. La casa è silenziosa e fresca, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata tra vicoli, arte e il caldo torrido dell’estate. Un grazie speciale alla padrona di casa, gentile e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente!

The property is in an excellent location and only a 2 minute walk to the ocean and swimming spot. It is clean and very nice with good amenities. The owners are very helpful too. Highly recommend this property.

Hosts were welcoming with excellent communication and suggestions for shopping and sight seeing. The location was easy to find and central to all historical sights in Ortigia. We were super comfortable in the apartment with plenty of space and comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped for all cooking. A small outdoor space was really nice to enjoy when weather permitted. We loved our stay at Dream Suite in Ortigia.

Good location. The owner is extremely nice.

It was VERY dusty and humid. It really didn’t feel clean. The dust particles are such that I got sick due to being exposed to that environment. I also killed a HUGE roach. The bed linens were stained and also had bugs in them. The bathroom was not that clean. It was too expensive for what it was.

The apartment has a perfect location, close to restaurants, shops and the sea and at the same time in a calm and quiet place. It was extremely clean, with everything you need for a longer stay as well. The bed was very comfortable. Maria is a great host. We recommend!

Didn't include breakfast. Location was superb - close to centre of Ortigia but in quiet courtyard off side street.

Kitchen not very well equipped, eg only 1 wine glass yet a 2 person apartment (though I was only 1)

Location

There was a terrible smell of urine in the court yard. The doors opened out into the court yard so there was no privacy when you wanted to get some fresh air. There is free street parking just inside Ortigia as you come over the left hand bridge, when I asked the host about this parking she said I should just pay for parking. Not very helpful at all. Only time we saw her was last minute at check out.
