Lovely large apartment with a nice view from the balcony. Pretty quiet street. Well equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine & kettle. My wife found it a relaxng place to recover from a minor illness

Apartment is fantastic. We loved everything about it….it’s huge, is a great location and we loved the little balcony where we’d sit and watch golden hour come around. The kitchen is well equipped and self check-in is perfectly explained. It’s a close, easy walk to Talete Parking for those driving and Martina was helpful and quick with correspondence. Thank you 🥰

Location in the old town of Ortigia. Car park nearby, price 15 euros per day. Market right next to the apartment. Location was very good and the town very pleasant.

There were repair works in the building, they started early in the morning at 8 o'clock. There were no towels and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. The apartment had the smell of an old building, which was not very pleasant for us.

The property is very nicely located. Close to the centre and all the attractions. Check in was very easy and smooth. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved it

The location is perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. The balcony was a lovely place to sit. Martina was very helpful and we had no problem accessing the keys.

Great location right next to the main parking space. The room was very spacious and had a nice balcony and shower.

It felt like it was a quickly put together apartment, and a number of small things didn't work very well, meaning it wouldn't be comfortable for a long stay. The internet was unplugged when we first entered (host was helpful over Whatsapp to fix it), the expresso machine didn't work, we lacked basic cooking utensils (but a lot of decorative ones), and when we entered the building it was still a building site with a few cables across the stairs and since it was hard to find the light switch at times we almost tripped over it.

Beautifully designed property with a sweet balcony to enjoy morning coffees. Clean and tastefully decorated with a great location.

There is some building work being carried out in another flat but this didn’t disturb us as they didn’t start early .

Modern and spacious apartment, good location near the daily market. Bed and pillows were very comfortable (but very soft and not very supportive). Not too expensive either

Building works in the whole building, including in the corridor directly outside the apartment door. Woke up every morning to extremely loud banging and shouting from the builders outside which was very uncomfortable. There was also a very strong 'musky' smell throughout the apartment, similar to damp.. it was hard to get rid of, even with the windows open for many hours. i messaged the host about this on day 1 but my message was ignored which I found unprofessional and unhelpful. The apartment was also sparse in terms of basic necessities, including toilet paper, soap in the toilet, coffee pods and cooking oil. I had to ask the host for these on the first day (they arrived several hours later). However the host refused to provide cooking oil which defeated the point of providing a kitchen and equipment (no point buying a big bottle of olive oil for a 3 night stay). The apartment also wasn't as clean as expected, our socks came up dusty and brown from the floor which was unpleasant. Lastly, the host refused to accommodate us on check out to leave our bags in the apartment for a simply a few hours after check out as we had evening flights. Was informed other guests would be arriving the same day which was why, however this wouldnt be until 3pm that day and the apartment had ample of space for 2 bags. As such, I found the host to be uncooperative and difficult to reason with (she also only spoke Italian in the app so I had to manually Google and translate every response). For all the above reasons, the stay as a result was disappointing and not as expected, which is a shame as the accomodation has great potential and is in a fab location. I have since contacted Booking.com for a refund however they have only offered a €30 voucher, which does not even cover the cost of one night in this accommodation for our experience. Would not recommend this accommodation unfortunately.
