The location in excellent.

This company is a joke. The entire experience was just awful. We arrived and found a disgusting apartment; urine on the floor of the staircase, pieces of toilet paper on the couch, stains of sweat on the headboard of the bed, dirty linens, strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, broken shutters, and the apartment is poorly soundproof and constantly smells like weed from the neighbors. We contacted the company immediately upon arrival and they said we may relocate to a different location, but they wanted to charge us more for it. In addition, this solution would have meant that we had to switch apartments again during our stay. Essentially, the were saying that in order to get a clean apartment I need to pay more. We had to put towels on the bed as it was so dirty. Also, they asked for copies of our passports and visa’s 3 times already, and counting, threatening that if we won’t provide it they will charge is an additional 17% VAT. We’re sending again and again but they keep on harassing us. Stay away from this company! We do not recommend at all!

Detailed instructions given. Unfortunately I had to call for assistance and the person did not speak English very well. So it was tricky. But we managed to go through it.
