excellent location, facilities great, comfortable furniture, the bikes were a bonus as needed for the shop trip

only Italian TV… well we couldn’t get anything but Italian … no smart TV with apps etc. the supermarket is some distance away but the bikes may it easy and quick

"great apartment great locator"

great location right next to the castle. big, clean and comfortable apartment. great hospitality from Diana. the apartment has washing machine, pool ( not gutted), bicycle to use and a large kitchen.

parking is far but manageable. not a smart TV

The property has a favourable location a short walk from Scaligeri castle and the main restaurants in Sirmione. The property was clean

The property is advertised as having private parking on site. This was the primary reason for booking as Sirmione can get extremely busy. However there was no private parking and we had to park in the very busy public car park 5 minutes walk away. The beds were very uncomfortable. You have to carry a full set of keys everywhere for the numerous gates and doors you have to pass to go in and out of the apartment. The pool is extremely small, shallow and the pictures in the advert and description of the size are deceptive. In reality it is little more than a plunge bath.

"Nice and quiet apartment at the doors of the beautiful town of Sirmione"

It is a luxury to be able to reach Sirmione with a 5 minutes walk without having to face the crazy traffic and crowds. Albeit small the pool is enough to refresh while watching the beautiful sunsets. The house is confortable, the dining areas are roomy and the living room has a nice natural light. The air conditioning and wifi work well and there are 3 bicycles available for the guests. It is possible to come by car (free parking is a true gem) or by public transportation - either bus (stops nearly at the front door) or boat (pier is close enough). The hostess is friendly.

The oven was not clean. The private beach is shared with other guests of the apartment complex and the sun loungers have to be carried from the appartment; even so it is an added value in comparison with the alternative - i.e. walking to the crowded public beaches (although they do deserve a visit).
