"Fantastic location in old town with very good value for money - with a few shortages in facilities"

Super location in the middle of the old town in Sirmione literally a few steps from restaurants and pubs and cute, narrow, "pedestrian-priority" streets. Price is also decent even if you count in the parking fee (20 EUR per day, but includes to/from-the-door transfer).

Space for 4 people is a bit too small, but manageable. Kitchen facilities could be improved, e.g., there is no microwave. Also no place to dry your clothes - well, no washing machine either, but the latter is a smaller issue. ;-)

Nice warm and cosy apartment. Windows on both sides of the building, but not on the lake. There is a small balcony as well. Beds are nice and comfy with hard mattresses. Definitely recommend!

Not very clean. The drain in the shower did hardly work. Toilet chair loose.
