Very difficult to locate lock box. Several keys and none were marked which key opens what.

We (2 couples)/had reservations through booking.com for 2 nights 2weeks ago. Checkin at 4 pm it was very hot. We had to turn air on and waited for it to start cooling off. We did not open any windows. Waited a while still not cool. I called their phone number to report this they said they just had it checked a few days ago. Went to dinner and 5 hours later still not cool. Called again, no answer. Called emergency number, no answer. No hot water to take showers. Ants in bathroom. Refrigerator had frost on back wall, our water bottles not cool. Called booking.com and informed them of the horrible conditions. Owners lied to booking.com and said we never tried to call them. I have a paper printout from my phone company that I did call them. We couldn’t get another hotel that night and suffered the whole night, and got a hotel for the following night. No one came the next morning to fix anything and we left. This place is horrible! The owners lied and won’t refund our money. The conditions were unlivable!!! 40 Euros for bed sheets! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
