Good location, free parking nearby and accessible, cleanliness

Of the three apartments, there was only the possibility of parking for two of them, so we were left without parking. Breakfast service 400 meters away in the annex hotel. Apartment too small for 4 people (2 children)

I like only breakfasts serving variety food.

I don't like the staff at the reception of the hotel. She has very fake smile. She even told us the apartment doesn't belong to the hotel.

Great location, service, staff, bartender was so polite, the front desk Francine was super nice and flexible. Breakfast with a big variety!

There was only one pillow and it was too low for my had, the mattress was a little hard for me, but that’s very personal. The bathroom and shower were too small for me and there was water leaking to the bathroom floor.

Close to everything in Sirmione

Very good breakfast, comfortable beds, near to the bus station.

Very strong cigarette smell in the bathroom after entering the flat. Even after holding the bathroom window open the whole night, the smell didn't disappear. The International apartments are located 400-500m away from the main hotel. The pictures in the Booking.com are pictures from the hotel and apartment house together. Just the pictures in the final booking confirmation are those which reflect the flat and not the ones while selecting the offer. I had expected a proper kitchen but there was just a fridge and microwave. The swimming pool is avalable just in the main hotel.

The breakfast was OUTSTANDING, in selection and quality. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us some great food suggestions. The location of the main building was only one block away from the lake and the pedestrian/bike path. Easy walking distance to public transportation to Sirmione. Tons of bars, restaurants, shops, grocery stores in the area, yet very quiet at night.

Our room was located in a separate building from the main hotel. A single residential home was converted into several separate rooms. We try to avoid Airbnbs at all costs, to preserve residential neighborhoods and this building felt like an Airbnb. Not good. The room had mold issues and smell, and the floors were literally dirty (the bath mats turned brown when we tried to clean the floor). Not much privacy, rooms are on the ground floor, with one window facing the parking lot of the condominium next door, other window faced common grounds and main road. This building is in 10-15 minutes walking distance to the main hotel, where breakfast is served. Offering free bikes to the guests of these rooms would definitely add value to the stay.

Breakfast at the hotel was great - more choice than anyone could ask for. The rooftop pool is a dream. We had a post breakfast swim every morning which was delightful. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Kitchenette in the accommodation was well equipped. The accommodation was clean and the air conditioning was really effective which was critical as it was 35 degrees while we were there. Personally, we found the location perfect. It was near the bus stop - really important to us as we travelled by train and easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. There were shops and restaurants nearby and we preferred being away from the Old Town as it was quieter.

The beds really weren’t comfortable. The pillows felt like concrete. The bunk beds also aren’t really bunk beds but a sofa bed that pits two beds - one on top of each other. They were a long way off a full size bed and not comfortable to sleep on for any length of time. I would say this room only works as a family room if you have pre-teen children but my eldest managed to dislodge the safety bar from the top bunk in the night so I’m not sure if I’d put a younger child there. Weirdly, the quilts for the bunk beds also lacked covers. There was a flat sheet to sleep under but I still found this odd. The hotel was further away than I had imagined and there is a fairly busy road and part of the walk where there is no pavement meaning I wouldn’t let my children walk alone. We also only had one key which meant my husband and I need to stay in touch about who was where etc.
