I booked a 5-night stay at the lodging; June 13-18, 2025. The flat was large with a great patio. The location was perfect and the train was an easy 5 min walk away. There were 2 twin beds in one room and a double in the other and each had a door that opened onto the patio area. The unit has a full bath with a very small shower that might not work well for others. I am 115 lbs and it was tight for me, but doable. There is also a small half bath that was nice to have but it has poor lighting.

The air conditioner units empty into urns on the patio and fill up quickly. I was not happy having to empty them when I paid USD 1,882.18 for my stay. Staples stock is none; no paper towels, napkins, etc. There was an extra toilet paper roll. The shower does not have a shelf to place shampoo and soap on.

Central location 300m from Sorrento main square. Train station 2mins away. Lots of shops, restaurants and a good supermarket 100m away.

Location could be noisy in the early hours. No wardrobe or drawers in one bedroom

The property is well set up and tastefully decorated. It is very spacious and the terrace is of a good area. The location is central to shops, restaurants and transport. Checkin was smooth with good instructions and recommendations for dining out.

It was very, very noisy with noise persisting until 3:00am one morning. If you need a quiet environment to sleep this may not be the apartment for you. The shower does not drain well.

A little noisy at night but that’s to be expected as it is a busy main strip we were located in. Not a big problem

Apartment is very large, decorated with style, and all necessary items were provided (e.g., plenty of shower gel/shampoo, dish washer product, etc.). Host was friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient

The apartment was great overall, so I would normally have given a much higher rating, but the attitude of the host on a mistake they committed forces me to reduce the note by several marks. The price on booking.com was supposed to include all taxes. However, the host had incorrectly set up the city tax on booking.com, so they asked us to pay an extra 24 euros when we check in. I refused saying that this was not compliant with Booking.com policy, as the confirmation email (for a non-refundable stay!) already included a line item of 12 euros for city tax (and booking.com always indicates total prices, so this was unfairly advantaging this property compared to others which indicated the real price). The host then indicated that this was not negotiable, and that if we reject we would need to find another accommodation. Considering that the total charge was already 902 euros, I think it would have been a reasonable business gesture to just absorb the 24 euros and give us a discount. So this shows me that they are not very customer friendly. While the apartment is great overall, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, one of the two bedrooms barely has any light (only two small lights by the bed, with the main light having no bulb); there is only one pillow per person; and some of the items are of need of repair (e.g., one of the bathroom keys is missing, another door know is broken)

Beautiful appartment with lovely furniture & fittings & very spacious with lovely balcony and great location.

Very minor point but no storage in main bedroom & noisy at night time due to central location

Loved the space of the verandah - we spent nearly all our spare time out there ! Great to have other beautiful spaces as we were a group, and we’re not on top of each other. Also wonderful to be able to wash and dry our clothes. We were greeted so warmly and given invaluable help with directions and tours which made our stay more than we ever imagined it would be!! Thank you sincerely
