No breakfast provided

The internet connection broke twice. And after we did not receive any response from host on the Booking messaging, we called the number provided Was told to reboot the box and it worked again. The second time on the morning of our departure there was no response either There is the smell of poor drainage , less in the room but quite noticeable along the corridor toward the lift lifts. The drainage from the wash basin in the bathroom also very slow.
