Khomba Lodge

Khomba Lodge is a lovely property and very comfortable. Our family of 4 stayed in the Peacock apartment on the top floor. The pool was nice to laze in, too. The gardens are very peacefuland the beach is accessible from the back gate. The staff were very helpful and accommodated our requests. Lisa was informative during the booking process, Rehan was attentive throughout our stay. Gayan was able to drive us to the airport. The 24/7 security team were very pleasant, too. We really enjoyed eating at Let's Sea a home restaurant a 2 min walk away. Serenity Cabanas, a short walk in the other direction, did fabulous breakfasts with ocean views. Tangalle is a great base for day trips to Udawala and Yala National Parks, and many other places. Thanks again to the team at Khomba Lodge for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity to return to Sri Lanka. 🙏

It is a huge beautiful building directly at the beach (a quite nice one) with 3 apartments. Our apartment was quite big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a large living room and 2 big balconies. Everything is well equipped and you can easily spend several weeks here. It has a big pool, more than enough sunbeds and the beach is just out of the backside gate. There is 24h security on the property and free drinking water. The whole staff is exceptional (especially Rehan)! Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect as you have tons of nice restaurants at walking distance.

An aircon in the living room would be nice as it can get quite hot in there.
