Residence Nativa Las Vistas, appartement

It is close to a few good eating areas. It's also very close to the crocodile bridge which is scary, lol and interesting. We were greeted by the host and she showed us around the apartment. The apartment has an amazing view from the living room and master. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the facilities are very well kept. The living room is in an open concept and the sofas are large and comfortable. The air conditioning works very well and there are ceiling fans throughout making it very refreshing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our morning coffee. We felt very safe driving up to a gated entrance. It only took us a little bit more than an hour to get to San Jose airport. Great location. Thank you.

The apartment was perfect and the location was ideal. Perhaps it would be an additional comfort to have blankets available in each room but other than that minimal request, we loved everything.

Best view in Tárcoles area. As secure as it gets with staff patrolling the neighborhood all day/night and monitoring who comes in and out. Infinity pool looking out over the ocean was a bonus. The residence is big-lots of space. We used it as a stopover from traveling from up north to our next destination further south. As such it was good.

The residence is sparse if you’re looking to stay here any length of time longer than a few days. No central AC but does have some in the bedrooms. Beds could use an update. We used it as a stopover night and washed clothes as well as used the pool. Not a lot of cookware to do any real cooking imo but love the Nativa neighborhood in general. Security guard showed us footage he filmed of a large puma from the night before our stay :0 Keep an eye on little ones I think! To be fair it wasn’t anywhere near the condos.

Very spacious, well-equipped apartment. Nice and flexible host. We loved the pool and the sunset. You can see animals on the property. Great beaches nearby, Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas.

The weather was hot when we were there. The apartment was cool in general, but the living room could use an extra free-standing fan.

Amazing views from balcony and pool. Lovely and really spacious apartment- perfect for our family of four. Georges was such a lovely welcoming host too. We really enjoyed our stay - saw Macaws and lots of iguanas in the grounds - stunning!

We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a beautiful location loads of wildlife just on the drive through the ground. The apartment is large, clean and well appointed. amazing sunsets every night from the balcony!

It’s a little far from grocery stores so make sure you get what you need while you’re out and about.

The views are amazing, we didn't need to go to the beach because the views and the pool (that also has an amazing view) were enough. (I recommend cooking there, as going out to eat may be a little tedious.) We had a great time!
