Large spacious bedrooms. Good facilities in kitchen. plenty of hot water. Balcony was good to have. Showers were very good.

Fabric chairs were very dirty. there are 2 cameras in the living area we were not informed about. Furniture on balcony was in bad shape.

Kettle! Far too small for number of people and had to keep unplugging it to refill. Front door tricky to lock-definitely had to have a knack to open. No number on door or intercom so no idea which to press on arrival.

The hostess was very accommodating to our early arrival. She was responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment while it was cleaned and return later while providing us with the keys ahead of time. The apartment fit 7 people comfortably and a great value for the accommodation.

The location was perfect. Shops, cafés, bars, bus stops, Turia park nearby and zoo (BioPark) in the walking distance. The apartment was modern and clean, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a balcony with a view of the palms (probably date palms). The kitchen was very well-equipped, there were plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and even salt, sugar. You could easily cook a three-course meal for the whole family there :-)

There were no things that I didn't like about the apartment or the location. All was perfect.

The apartment is very spacious, well designed and well equipped. The air-conditioning was quiet and effective. We enjoyed the balcony and seeing a little life outside. It was well located for walking into the old city (30 mins) or for getting the metro or buses. (The EMT Valencia app is excellent). There's a good supermarket (Consum) just 5 min walk away.

The area outside at street level is a bit scruffy but there were no problems from that.

it was clean and has been recently renovated

We had very bad experience. 1. The lady who met us was very late, and we had to wait with two babies just on the street. I had a meeting in the city and was late for it. 2. Very bad communication. Noone answers you after 5pm. 3. There is NO access to the elevator with a stroller! We had to carry our babies and two strollers in hands. 4. There was no soap in the whole apartment so we had to buy it to stay just for 1.5 days. No shampoo as well. They just left us 1 big bottle of gel bath. 5. I had dirty violet blanket with spots with no duvet cover. So I had to cover myself with a sheet. 7. Ants in the bathroom 8. A huge cockroach found at the window😭 (i think it came from the roof). 9. We couldn’t do late check out although there were no guests after us. But we were allowed to leave luggage.
