La posizione di questo appartamento è eccezionale per la vicinanza ai mezzi con cui raggiungere in poche fermate il centro, per il fatto di avere un comodo supermercato sotto casa e qualche bar.

I letti erano davvero scomodi, cuscini compresi, il che ha rappresentato un vero problema, oltre alla rumorosità eccessiva dei vicini che hanno reso le notti davvero difficili. C'è un cartello nell' appartamento che dice di non disturbare i vicini, noi dai vicini siamo stati tormentati! L'appartamento ha una buona struttura, ma ci sono cose da migliorare, se solo i proprietari vi passassero una notte e un giorno si renderebbero conto, è sempre la stessa storia!
