Lokation and size of appartment, great! Its an old portugese house so there are some issues but the staff is helpfull and quick to respond. Really nice matrass in master

No curtains in 2nd bedroom is just crazy. We only used 1 bedroom for this reason. The bathroom is really small and uncomfortable. Electricity may fall out if you use too many devices. If you are looking for an hotel like luxury. Dont book it. But i really loved the lokation and everyting is available in the kitchen

**Strongly Disadvise Against Booking This Property** I had an extremely challenging time locating the entrance to this property, and there was no assistance available. Upon arrival, the property gave the impression of being deserted. The entrance door was stubborn and difficult to open, and once inside, I was greeted by a flight of stairs leading to the first floor, which was not mentioned in any of the property's photographs. This was particularly inconvenient as I was carrying three large bags. The welcome mat, tattered and torn, did little to improve the first impression. Inside, I found a baby cot missing its base, which was not provided until a week later despite my immediate request upon arrival. Consequently, my baby had to sleep in an incomplete cot for a week due to unresponsive management. The absence of blinds in the rooms made it impossible to rest properly, with one room having ineffective soft blinds that offered minimal coverage. The living room was completely exposed at night, and the property's location on Luisa Tody Street subjected us to relentless noise, day and night, far exceeding our expectations. Cleanliness was another major issue; the house was covered in dust as if it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to repeatedly request basic amenities like fresh sheets and towels. To make matters worse, on the fifth day, the ceiling in the hallway collapsed, leaving debris and a significant safety hazard. Despite numerous attempts to contact the property management, my calls went unanswered, and their response on the booking platform was dismissive, attributing the incident to a minor infiltration. The cleanup was delayed until the following day, and the gaping hole in the ceiling was left unrepaired, leading to a worsening odor and potential insect infestation.
