A great location in a busy, authentic place with loads to do. Communication was flawless- an immediate response to questions day or night. We arrived a bit early and were allowed to leave our cases no problem.A spacious apartment, impeccably clean with great a/c. No problem with noise at all and I am a light sleeper.

The sofa bed is fine for two children but not for teens/adults.

It was a very nice apartment and the owner was very helpful. It was clean and bright and close to restaurant and markets. It had everything you need, but we did not cook in the apartment because there were no basics like salt and oil. All in all we can recommend this place without any doubts.

During the nights you could not really sleep with open windows because of nightclubs close by.

The flat is beautiful and very clean. It is very well equipped and new, decor is very pretty as one can see in the pictures. Host is super friendly and helpful!

It was a bit noisy at night as it is close to some bars.

it was modern and had a great location near the harbor, beaches, shops and restaurants. The windows provided sound-proofing from outside noises.

The couch was hard and uncomfortable when trying to relax after a long day. The bed was too low for someone with back issues. The nightclub down the street was noisy until 3 a.m. every night. Without the performance of the windows it would have been impossible to sleep. You couldn’t leave the windows open at night.

Stylish and comfortable, with delightful hosts! Lots of restaurants and bars in the area, and a short walk to the waterfront, beach, and the center of town. Also has a smart tv with HBO Max, Netflix, YouTube, etc.

It can be noisy from the nightlife in the area. But I would still return!

The apartment was simply lovely! The kitchen and bath were spotless and easy to navigate. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Inez and Paulo were sweet, provided excellent local suggestions and were very quick to respond to questions. Great area close to the water with many restaurants close by. Highly recommend this property!

The very spacious apartment is bright and sunny and is located just off the waterfront, walking distance from many excellent restaurants. The apartment is new, extremely clean and has all the amenities (smart tv, even a washer) making it extremely comfortable. The decor is warm and very cozy. The bed is so comfortable, room lighting, sheets, duvet. The bathroom has an excellent shower with great water pressure. We were so happy to return to a beautiful home away from home after a day of sightseeing in Setubal. Must mention how helpful the hosts are. They respond to questions, give great suggestions and recommendations for visiting Setubal. Thank you for an exceptional stay.

9 night stay. Overall wonderful! Highly recommend. Excellent, kind, thoughtful hosts. A+. Fast communication. e.g. We had a minor problem one day, and it was handled quickly and professionally by our hosts. Complimentary mini Muscatel and box of cookies is a nice touch. The apartment is modern, clean, well-designed, and very well-equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, ironing board & iron, hair dryer, extra duvets. Location is excellent. Walking distance to everything. 2 ac/heating units work extremely well. English TV channels and streaming services. . Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Sheets and towels were good quality.

A few nights there was loud dance club music from a club down the street. Hosts reported them and are taking other measures. But it really wasn't a big deal, and don't let that stop you from booking this great place. Shower temperature fluctuates. Shower head is just the single narrow type only (no rain shower). We didn't mind at all, but 4 flights of stairs may not be ok for some people.

The recently refurbished apartment in a historic building was much bigger than we expected. We unexpectedly arrived early and the apartment was was ready and our host let us in. Our host was a fantastic advocate for Setubal and was very keen that we enjoyed our visit, which we did! The apartment was secure, and well-appointed for self catering, including some cooking ingredients and equipment. The location was excellent, being close to the older port, restaurants and fort. We loved the chic beach style decorating.
