Localização excelente, mesmo no centro de Setúbal e junto às praias. Um terraço incrível. Apartamento moderno e com todas as comodidades.

Algumas coisas do apartamento estão a precisar de manutenção.

O jantar na varanda,numa noite agradável.

Os lençóis/ cobertura das camas, tinham mau aspecto de não ser passado o ferro.

Muy incómodo y sucio . Hemos tenido problemas con el propietario . La puerta estaba rota y se bloqueó y nos tocó pagar al cerrajero . Para colmo no nos devuelve la fianza acusándonos de falso robo de 4 toallas ( que las dejamos en la percha toallero del baño ). 200€ NOS QUIERE ESTAFAR

NO ES UN ALOJAMIENTO DE CONFIANZA , no deberíais confiar en depositar la fianza porque mienten y no la devuelven acusando de robo falsamente .

Die ganze Anmeldung verlief katastrophal. Wir erhielten den Zugang erst, nachdem wir eine Kaution von 200 Euro zusätzlich und direkt überwiesen haben. Die Telefonnummer vom Vermieter ist falsch. Nur Mail und Whatsapp Verkehr. Die Kaution wurde nicht zurück erstattet. 4 Wochen Mailverkehr. Dann wurden die Mails nicht mehr beantwortet. Am Schluss hat Booking.com die Kaution zurückbezahlt. Danke

The place was very clean and spacious.

Good location in the old town. Nice roof terrace for a leisurely breakfast.

Although mentioned in the description, having to pay a deposit is unusual and I wasn't comfortable having to make a payment by bank deposit to an account that isn't even in the host country. Thankfully it was refunded with no issues but it did cost me in fees. Not sure why a deposit is needed and if so, a hold on a credit card is less risky. Parking instructions were not as clear as they could have been. I ended up getting a ticket for parking in the wrong place.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The apartment has clearly seen better days—everything is worn out, stained, and broken. The weirdest part was a washing machine locked under the stairs that ran loudly for 11 hours straight, making it impossible to rest. Be sure to read the listing carefully—we missed the part about a €200 deposit, and the owner refused to make any exceptions. I wouldn't stay there again.
