I liked the stay so much. The apartment is located at a very prime location and has found every facility in the apartment except TV. Got a secured parking space inside the premises. I can recommend this apartment to everyone. Mahesh ji the caretaker, he is just an amazing person who was always there in smiling face to help us.

comfortable stay. respected my privacy while being helpful at the same time. check in was smooth and the place had everything I needed ranging from plates and glasses to mosquito repellent coils and extra slippers.

There was drinking water and a little garden outside the rooms. Airtel doesn’t work really well and even the internet went down for hours. The caretaker was very rude and put up such a sullen face when he showed up at the gate as if we were an unwelcome burden who were done a favour. The whole experience went down from there. Because the house didn’t look so clean — because it was not so clean and also due to poor lighting — I asked if it has been cleaned. When he said — very rudely — of course it is clean. He said their house is cleaned every day. But the fridge door was mouldy and the inside was not clean. The bathroom walls were mouldy too. The toilet seats weren’t that clean. The linen looked okay. Though the floor might have been swept once, it was not more clean than the bare necessity required. Cobwebs are there everywhere in the house. We got the toilet paper only the next day at about 11. The staff came in to not just give it but to also take some things the caretaker needed. Of course he didn’t ask us but went on inside when the door was opened. The house had very poor lighting, especially in the common sitting, dining, and the kitchen. When the caretaker introduced us to the house he only opened one room, not the other room nor the other toilet. Even though we had booked the full apartment. When I asked he said, yeah sure you can use, you have the whole place. Not sure why he neither opened other room and toilet nor even tried turning on their lights.

After showing us one room he asked whether I will order from Swiggy or go out. I don’t know, I said. So he went onto tell me that their door would be closed at 10:30 and if I get food I should tell him so that he can lock it. That’s what he cared about the most. Because next day at 9 he rang our bell again to know if he can lock. We didn’t cook in the kitchen because the kitchen is the dirtiest place in the house. And the kitchen towels were so filthy, let’s just leave it at that. Spoons had rust or something else brownish on them.The kitchen cabinets should not be opened because they are dirty. There was salt, some tea leaves, sugar, milk powder in an alcove which was itself pretty filthy. We were really sad to look upon the kitchen’s condition. If someone has booked a house with a kitchen it is because they need it and are paying so much for a reason. Overall, the place is not worth the price. In absolute necessity one can survive a day or two here. There was constant train noise, too. The house is dark even in bright daylight nad there were mosquitoes even after coils they put and the All-out we put of our own. These were mosquitoes that breed and live in that house in the curtains and blankets. The host did ask me over the message if everything was okay and called the next day but these were things he couldn’t do anything about whilst we were staying there, especially given he was traveling and said he wouldn't be reachable. Though the property is instant book, they needed some 45 minutes to get it ready even at 5 in the evening and we waited for an hour before showing up. For sure the host knew about the condition of the cleanliness and that the caretaker was rude so what was the point of telling him. And even if I was going to tell him about the caretaker I wouldn’t have done it unless I have gotten out of the house. Sadly, it was again one of those high-priced guesthouses who do not know what good quality service and facilities mean.

Nothing......but i miss the tv.... i dnt know y the owner did nt provide tv. Except that everything is available at the apartment...
