Perfect location in the old town. All must-see attractions within a few minutes.

Just mind that you can´t park nor reach the apartment with the car :-)

Fabulous location close to cafés, restaurants, Piazza Minerva and so many other sites. The island is very walkable with so much beauty. Very comfortable apartment, very private, good amenities, and spotless. Barbara is an excellent communicator. She would respond promptly to our questions. We didn't sit out in the shared courtyard but there is a table and two chairs out there. Our neighbor was very friendly. We really enjoyed staying there.

Central location, apartment well equipped and nicely decorated. Easy self-checkin process. Good if you are looking for an unexpensive place only to sleep.

As others already pointed out, the apartment is very damp and smells bad: the indoor quality of air is terrible. The common court is shared with resident yelling old neighbors on the right: even when kindly asked to stop, they will keep on swearing and calling names. Also, they leave leftovers of cat food and waste in the area that smell terrible in the heat. Our guests in front formally complained about that as well. In one week we were never able to have even a coffee outside because of the smell. The owner was very kind until she was asked to provide a simple receipt for the city tax money (24 Euro) she asked us to leave in cash on the table at checkout. Only after threatening to report it to the City Council we finally received it after a few days. Overall, an experience I wouldn't recommend.

Location is ok.

Damp premises, mold smell all around, peeling paint, broken sofa in living room, leaking toilet, dirty floor. The property is not suitable to take hospitality service. I have all proof photos.
