Alojamiento moderno y reformado, las camas eran cómodas y estaba en el centro de la ciudad

Intentamos contactar varias veces con el alojamiento tras realizar la reserva y no nos respondían. El día del check in acabamos contactando con atención al cliente de booking que si contacto con el alojamiento y nos dieron las instrucciones para poder acceder. A pesar de haber sido nosotros los que intentamos ponernos en contacto desde el primer momento, nos echaron la culpa diciendo que no habíamos mandado nuestros documentos de identidad… El alojamiento es moderno y reformado, desgraciadamente presenta una humedad perenne que ya está descrita en otras reseñas previas y que hace incómoda la estancia. El aire acondicionado no funciona y debido a la humedad el alojamiento es bastante frío. En cuanto al agua caliente se acaba muy rápido (éramos 3 para ducharnos y tras el primero ya salía fría tras apenas 5 minutos de ducha). El alojamiento está bien situado en el centro aunque en unos callejones que no parecían muy seguros, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema. Por la noche se escuchaba bastante ruido de gente discutiendo.

Troppa muffa nell'appartamento. In camera abbiamo dovuto dormire obbligatoriamente con la porta aperta. Purtroppo la pulizia non era eccellente, testimoniano gli utensili in cucini come forbici, mestoli o cucchiai ricoperti di muffa.

The location is terrible and the apartment is very hard to find it’s located on a dodgy ally. You clearly hear everyone walking by the street. It didn’t feel safe. The apartment was freezing, it felt like a cave. The humidity was very high and there is no heating. The air conditioning system was not working. There was mold everywhere on the walls and tiles. There were only few windows and they were facing dark streets, so there is barely natural light. The front door didn’t lock properly and the door to the patio neither. It felt very unsafe. The electricity points and plugs on the walls aren’t European and they only had an adapter in the apartment. The towels and bed clothes smelled very badly (humidity). After several complaints the host offered a free cancellation. The host was extremely rude and unwilling to help. She wouldn’t pick up the phone when I called and instead of trying to be resolutive, all she could say is: “nobody ever complained”.

Duże pomieszczenia, ładna łazienka.

Wilgoć miałam wrażenie że śpię na mokrym łóżku. Na drugi dzień ubrania były wilgotne. Brak kołdry tylko koc. Nie działające ogrzewanie w klimatyzacji. Musieliśmy ratować się farelką.Zimno i przez Wilgoć nie przyjemnie. Brak kawy dla gości lub ekspresu.
