It's uncomfortable to bring heavy luggage with stairs, because there's no elevator. The furniture was broken and wasn't very clean.

Location was perfect for our visit. Family was only a 10 minute walk. Grocery store 3 minute walk and the Train station was a 15 minute walk

Needs to provide a few more towels. Bathrooms need hand towels. Would also prefer the street side door locked.

The apartment was spaceous, and easy to access.

The apartment was dirty. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, and before cooking, we had to wash them. Also the toilet was dirty. The bed sheets seemed like they were used. It felt disgusting to stay in an apartment with someone elses dirt! I really hope you learn from your mistakes, and nobody else has to stand this dirtyness anymore. The worst night on our trip! and we stayed in over ten different apartments about the same price…
