The location is quite okay. Quiet and peaceful environment, although on Saturday late evening someone has started the party somewhere in the building with loud music. Gladly, it ended quite soon Although parking is there, chances are you won't get it as the yard is really small. We didn't have a place for the first night and the street around is very narrow. We figured out anyways

- What I liked the least is the communication from the owner. The first message that came after I asked about how we will get in, was explaining the details and then presented general rules in a warning tone: she said that if anything is stolen or trashed, they call police and informs the booking. If the apartment is left uncleaned that you'll get charged. I do understand she probably has some experience with bad customers, but you don't need to regard all of the future customers as robbers and trashers. Before leaving I asked if I should bring the trash bin out (I didn't want to get charged), she said she's not a hotel so guests need to do that themselves. And added that she's following airbnb policy where service fee can be charged (which is quite illogical to rent through Booking, but apply airbnb rules) - In general, the apartment is arranged in the cheapest way possible: furnish, dishes, kitchen equipment etc - There is a steam extractor in the kitchen. Funny enough, it is not equipped to take the steam out through the pipelines. So it basically collects the steam and puts it out in the same room (cupboard, to be precise) - Speaking about the kitchen, as we were cooking in the pan, there was no tool to stir the frying potatoes. We used what we found - a metal spoon which I know is not supposed to be used in the pan - The size of the sink in the bathroom is crazily small. You can barely wash hands without splashing everything around let alone the face - There is an issue with the hot water. It acts in a way that one second it's here, another it's not. So you may get burnt with the very hot water as it appears - Bed is also very cheap and extremely soft. There is technically no mattress, it's just a bed and it seems to be very old and worn

There wasn't wardrobe. I stayed for a 5 nights, with kid so I needed where to put clothes.
