Patiko vieta, "Katpėdėlė" tame pačiame pastate.

Daug kur reikia šiokio tokio paremontavimo: maišytuvas švirkščia vandenį, šaldytuvas per daug užšaldė maistą nors minimaliu galingumu, WC nėra tualetinio popieriaus laikiklio, ištraukiama lova jau nudėvėta ir pan.

Labai gera lokacija, patogus ir švarus kambarys

6 kambaryje sugedęs kondicionierius, nebuvo galimybės pasišildyti. Vonioje jau daug dėvėjimo žymių, reiktų bent kosmetinio remonto: kliba atšokusios plytelės, sujungimai tarp plytelių vietomis išplatėję, atsiklijavusi lubų apdaila ir t.t.
