A vista é bonita, a localização é boa, tem um pátio na frente do prédio que pode estacionar o carro, tem mercado ao lado, 2 quartos para famílias, tem lavadora de roupas, micro-ondas, geladeira e fogão.

A limpeza embaixo e atrás de móveis não está boa. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas. O chuveiro está com o suporte meio quebrado e gira, molhando o banheiro mais que o normal. Falta um varal para quem usar a lavadora, pois não tem secadora.

The host was really great. Every question we asked on Whatsapp, he responded immediately. When we had a problem, he came over right away to take care of it. The apartment was really nice. Well decorated and very clean. It had an amazing view of the water. In case of an air raid siren emergency, there is a safe room right next to the elevator, right on the same floor of the apartment (you'll need the code for the lockbox to get in). There was a free parking lot with plenty of parking right across the street! Even our hotel down the street only had paid street parking, so this was a nice perk. There is a little market for essential groceries right next door, and a major supermarket about a minute drive away. There are a ton of restaurants and stores in walking distance and the water is a close walk as well.

There were a few minor problems that if they are fixed, this would get a solid 10 stars: 1. The 1st night we were incredibly hot - the AC units weren't working well. I should have mentioned it to the host sooner, but I did not want to bother him late at night. Once I told him the next day, he fixed it right away. 2. There were 3 TVs but only 2 remotes - the one for the living room was missing. One of the other remotes sort of worked on the living room TV, but not well. It was hard to use and not all the buttons were properly synced. For example there was absolutely no way to control the volume. This was really annoying since we did try to watch a few family movies. 3. The wifi worked fine for Netflix, but it seemed very slow on our laptops. It made it difficult to try to get some work done. 4. The view was amazing and we were excited to see a telescope on the balcony, but the telescope did not actually work. Bummer. 5. It was incredibly hot outside. The freezer worked fine and we would have loved to see some ice cube trays in the freezer that we could have used to make ice. But there weren't any. I highly recommend the host buys some - I'm sure guests would really appreciate it! 6. The apartment is small but really nice and comfortably let us sleep a family of 6. 2 in each bed and 2 on the pull out coach. But the blankets came with only Twin size covers, which made the blankets a lot smaller than the beds and very small for 2 people to share (see picture). 7. It was impossible to use the shower without water going all over the bathroom floor. Don't leave your clothes on the floor or they will be soaked by the time you come out of the shower! 8. We had really wanted an apartment with a pool, and this came up in search results. But it doesn't actually have a pool on the premises, it is nearby at a hotel, and you have to pay to use it. As long as you are aware of that, it's fine. 9.

The view was fantastic, the apartment was modern.

It was unclear to us non-locals where to park. There was no tea/coffee/sugar.

The view was great, and it was nice coffee was provided. There was everything we needed and it was a smooth, comfortable experience.

Incredible location. Beautiful view of the Kinneret. Fully functional kitchen. A very helpful host who quickly addressed our questions and concerns. He even gave us local restaurant suggestions. He contacted us quickly when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The building is very safe and quiet.

There were concerns when we arrived; the gas burner on the stove was on, and a load of dirty towels in the washer. We told the host about these problems and he instantly assured us that he would talk to the house cleaners so that it didn’t happen in the future. There were a few less significant issues that he also will be able to fix. We weren’t familiar with turning on a switch for the hot water heater and dark outside hallways that had to have lights turned on. Our host helped us solve those problems too.
