Everything absolutely amazing, clean well equipped perfect spot, never stayed at such a perfect place before.. Lovely welcome goodies too and the hosts are fabulous people, highly recommended

Fantastic property for our stay. Homely,clean,comfy everything you need..Lovely area and surrounding area.Easy access into Edinburgh and Loch Lomond. Couldn't fault it.

"Family Easter Break"

Travelling as 6 adults and two dogs, Lovely touch with the welcome basket. Nice to have three double bedrooms and a spacious living room with amenities close by. The property was home from home, kitted out with toiletries, cleaning products , change of bedding and towels. Family games ,books and information around the area. Good location

Not enough seating in living and kitchen area, only four seats ment two adults were left sitting on the floor. No heating from Living room radiator or bathroom radiator . Stopping the dogs from using the garden incase they toileted was frowned upon, so we didn't let the dogs in the garden.
