Głównym atutem tego apartamentu to lokalizacja - spokojna okolica, wiele miejsc do parkowania. Położenie blisko plaży. Do restauracji i portu max 15 min spaceru. Apartament w miarę nowy. Warto zaznaczyć że apartament został stworzony z wcześniejszego garażu.

Niestety bardzo niewygodne łóżka. Zarówno to w sypialni gdzie sprężyny wbijały się w żebra, jak i rozkładana sofa w salonie. Brakowalo czajnika elektrycznego żeby zrobić sobie herbatę. Troche chłodno jeśli ktoś wybiera się tam poza sezonem ale latem na pewno jest to atut tego miejsca.
