La propreté, la localisation, le fait qu'on me propose de choisir mon appartement.

Le fait de devoir payer en liquide... J'aurais aimé qu'on me prévienne que la façade du bâtiment était en rénovation, impossible de profiter de la vue dans ces conditions...
