Worst booking experience I’ve had in Toulouse. If all you care about is the location and you have zero expectations when it comes to basic cleanliness, then this place might be for you. But if you expect even the minimum standard of hygiene, this accommodation completely fails to provide it. I booked the room and received absolutely no check-in instructions from the host. It was only right before check-in time — after I had to call the hotline myself — that they casually sent me a link explaining how to collect the keys. What was even more shocking was the condition of the apartment. Hair and trash were literally everywhere. And I’m not talking about a little dust — there was hair stuck in every corner of the place. Honestly, I didn’t even dare look too closely because the more I looked, the more dirt and hair I kept discovering. The room was in a truly disgusting state. It’s honestly sad that they run a business like this while completely ignoring customers after receiving complaints. Where is the basic decency?

Very bad location. Loud unruly drunk people on the streets. We were harassed by people. The owner never sent us the instructions to open. We waited over an hour outside. Then when we arrived it smelled like smoke. Dirty. Noisy neighborhood despite windows being closed. Then strange people came to the door - they somehow new how to open front door. Totally unsafe rental. Don't risk your life and health. It is a dump and the people living around there are drunks and drug addicts. Avoid !!!!
