Pucaré Apartments

We had a wonderful stay! The host and the rest of the family were incredibly kind and truly the best hosts you could ask for. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and were always super responsive whenever we needed anything. Even in March, the place looks beautiful and very cosy — you can imagine how amazing it must be in the warmer months. The location is perfect, right in the middle between Salerno and Sorrento, with lots of charming little villages nearby, including of course the famous Positano and Amalfi. We will definitely come back, especially to enjoy the pool next time!

Nous avons adoré la vue absolument spectaculaire depuis la terrasse : un panorama à couper le souffle du matin au soir. L’appartement est charmant, authentique et très bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La propreté était impeccable et l’ambiance calme et relaxante. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se déconnecter tout en restant proche des merveilles de la côte amalfitaine.

Honnêtement, rien de négatif à signaler. Le cadre est paisible (ce qui est un vrai plus), mais cela implique quelques routes typiques et sinueuses pour y accéder — totalement normal dans la région et largement compensé par la vue et la tranquillité.

Liegt sehr ruhig und abseits mit schönem Außenbereich und Blick. Zugang durch einen Zitronenhain. Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Haus kann nicht direkt angefahren werden, so dass man das Gepäck gut 300 m zum Haus tragen muss. Wir waren im Januar. Das Apartment war trotz Elektroheizung etwas ausgekühlt.

We truly loved our stay here. Even though we visited in the off season, at the end of December, when some amenities such as the swimming pool were not in use, the experience was wonderful in its own way. We enjoyed very quiet days, sunny and mild weather, and the beautiful sight of ripe lemons all around us — something truly special. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and warm. Our child especially loved the place: there were toys available that we could borrow, and this turned out to be the best accommodation for him during our entire trip. It’s worth mentioning that the last few hundred meters to the property are accessible only on foot. We arrived on a rainy day and got quite wet — but in retrospect, this became part of the charm. It gave the stay a unique character and a genuine feeling of experiencing local life rather than just visiting a tourist spot. The surrounding mountains are stunning, the Amalfi Coast is incredibly beautiful, and Maiori itself felt sunny, cozy, and welcoming. The Path of Lemons between Maiori and Minori is a fantastic light hike, perfectly doable with a child and offering amazing views. We were also very grateful for the hosts’ recommendations — they suggested excellent activities and places to visit in the area. A memorable stay, full of atmosphere, kindness, and a sense of authenticity.
