We chose this apartment for being in the town centre

We never showed up... As we were hesding there, we were contacted by the staff to tell us they had a problem and were cancelling our booking. I had reserved months in advance and had to find accommodations in the street for that same night... I understand that things happen out of people's control but having reserved there, they should have found us accomodations or refer us...
