Modern & cozy apartment near hockey & football arena

Building gate was closed over midnight. So I was waiting and sleeping on the street more than 6hours in December, 0 degree outside from 2am to 8 am. The owner didn't answer the phone. I couldn't do anything cause all my stuff were in the apartment. I checked in at 4:30pm. Then I was out and came back to the apartment at 2am. But building was closed. I was waiting outside more than 6 hours till the owner came to open. It was 2am - 8:30am. I called many times to the owner but she got the phone at 8am. So I had no choice I just waited outside.

The location is perfect, the apartment is really close to many venues, restaurants, grocery stores. The apartment itself is great value for the money and quite spacious. The bed was big and comfortable.

I read the negative comments before booking that many people complained about the bad smell. I hoped this issue has been resolved, but unfortunately it's still not too good. I think using a room perfume is not the solution, in fact it just makes it worse. The plumbing should be repaired, because it really ruins the value of this apartment. The bedding wasn't perfectly clean and the hand towel was surely used already many times.

As we only stayed one night, the proximity to the TIPOS arena was the best part of the apartment. It was clean, simple, and easy to find. There were also free parking spaces around that area.

The only thing we weren't happy with, is that the sofa didn't "work" as a sofa bed, or we just couldn't manage. Secondly for an old person to walk up 3 flights of stairs was kind of difficult, but i could have researched that before.

The apartmant is very spacius. Everithing was clean. Big rooms and big bathroom. Bed was great. It has really big tv and it was nice to watch. Its 10min with bus to old town in Bratislava so location is also great. I will recommend its a very nice stay.

Normal apartment and well equipped . easy check in . It was ok for a one night stay for us .

Bed sheets and covers were very old , and it seems not even washed or changed for some time . Fortunately we had our own , as we were on a camp , so we used and handled that night. Cleanness of the bed is one of the essentials , but it was missing in this apartment

The room is clean and comfortable for a short stay. Staff is super helpful.

Wifi is quite weak in the living room.
