The unit was clean and comfortable, not to mention the beautiful decor! Great location too

The toilet roll holder is in an odd spot on the side of the bathtub, and the TV in the main bedroom was smashed. Contacted the apartment managers and they said they would look into it. Not a deal breaker though!

I liked the central location & the close proximity to the Tuncurry Bowling Club, & the short distance to the break wall. We enjoyed cycling around also.

We feel that the property could have at least provided us with a tea towel to wipe up with.

"Terrific Tuncurry"

This was an excellent unit for our needs . In an older block but well cared for and exceptionally clean not just the unit itself but the stairwell to the unit . On the first floor of a 2 storey block with a large two sided balcony overlooking the Tuncurry Bowling Green and catching the breezes. It is not a large two bedroom unit but well furnished in comfortable and welcoming decor. The living area with two good sofas , a large TV ( with instructions -excellent) dining table and lamp. Main bedroom had comfortable bed , wardrobe, extra hanging space, blinds and sun-block curtains- doonas, blankets and extra pillows. Second bedroom with a double bed /single bed bunk and wardrobe. An older bathroom but well fitted and bright -excellent hot water. Kitchen ( no dishwasher) but well furbished with all the necessaries, and a lovely stove/,M/W, coffee machine and jug. Good range of crockery and cutlery . A small laundry with WM , dryer , basket and even pegs and clothes rack . What made all the difference with this unit was all the homely extras like pegs, extra hooks, place mats , washing and cleaning needs etc. There is a living area with a/c and bedrooms have fans- tho ours didn't work at the time every effort was made to attend to the problem. There is a garage but our SUV would struggle to fit in so parked on the street- no issues. Cross road to eat at Bowling club and a short drive to the lovely rock pool . Excellent communication with the Real estate agents. .

We were very happy and comfortable with our stay and would happily stay again. There was a problem with main bedroom ceiling fan but this was to be replaced the day we left. A pedestal fan did the job and the agents did all they could to attend to this. The garage is tight but not necessary anyway.
