"Big disappointment"

Location to campus is great. Good location for touring the tourist offerings. Called for assistance to gain entry was excellent response.

Whole interior seemed unkept and definitely not ready for new guest stay. The whole kitchen is in poor condition. Except stove was like new. Old foods left from previous occupants. Roach ran out of pantry. Could not get TV to work. We slept on the two sofas. We decided to mark this up as a bad experience and not stay the second night. I’m late giving you this information because I do not like making negative comments. However this may help the owner. I wrote off in my mind and pocket this whole experience as a loss. I did take a number of pictures for my file.

Nothing. I ended up finding somewhere else to stay.

The misleading description of the property. It mentioned having a pool and pool view. There was no pool.

"Exceptional"

I love the price, the location, the set up. Made me feel like I was in college again. Next time I'm going to try the upstairs place.

I can't speak of anything I didn't like.
