Location of the property, host relationship/relevant information and availability of most of what I need in the apartment before I settled to get more provisions.

This is my third visit to stay at Grundy House, which I have already reviewed in detail. This should tell you all you need to know! I love staying here - highly recommended and very convenient and comfortable.

I love staying at Grundy House! This is the third time I have stayed when visiting family in the UK. Location is great with walking distance into Uxbridge with all shops, restaurants, buses and underground services. The apartment is compact but cosy and warm with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, fully equipped bathroom with good shower, and comfy bedroom. Check in and check out were very easy with Ronit, who is very responsive and lovely to deal with. I have stayed here in winter and summer and have been very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Outdoor automatic lighting leading to the apartment block was "sporadic" so take care when approaching the building in the dark as there are steps etc which are easily missed if you can't see them. Nothing to do with Ronit or this apartment, it's the building manager who needs to rectify this.

Great little flat. Everything you would have at home, maybe even a little more. Full size fridge/freezer, oven, grill and induction stove. Nice big washing machine, heated drying rack. Plenty of heating. Parking out the back if you need it. 15min leasurely stroll to the station and shops, 4 cosy pubs in town. Easy train ride to London, short Uber ride to Heathrow.

No complaints from me. Next time I'm in the UK if I can get a booking I'll stay a few nights here again before heading home.

thanks for the owner where they were very helpful and has a good attitude, plus apartment clean and cosy and close to the Uxbridge centre in very nice location . thanks for them I think we will back to Grundy house in our next trip if it is to the same area.

Every thing was perfect from the host and facilities everything we need was available and we feel as we at our home,,,

The only one thing I don’t like was the size of bedroom it was small
