We really liked the location of the apartment, which was just a 5-minute walk to the beach and offered great transportation options. The owner was very nice and easily accessible, always quick to help with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the apartment had a lovely vibe, making our stay even more enjoyable!

The apartment is located in an older house, so there was a slight smell present. We did encounter some small cockroaches one day, but the apartment provided spray to help get rid of them, which worked well. Plus, Miguel was always ready to assist us if we needed further help with the situation. Overall, we appreciated his support!

Everything! Fantastic neighbourhood location, near market/supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. Spacious and comfortable bed, large bathroom with good shower Tons of hanging space for clothes which was great Friendly host and easy check in process We will stay again

There’s not much soundproofing, so you can hear neighbours walking upstairs, people talking in the square outside, etc. It was by no means a noisy location, but probably not ideal for light sleepers. Not a complaint (we slept very well) but just something to consider if you are thinking of staying here.

I cannot fault this accommodation at all. Firstly, Miguel the host was so accommodating- sent so many recommendations for the area and reassured me that if I needed anything at all, he was a stones throw away and very happy to provide. But in the best way possible, I didn’t need him at all. The flat is stunning- honestly pictures do not do it justice. Yes, if natural light is a concern then please look at the photos- they are not misleading at all and although dark, I would argue that this only adds to the character of the space. I was staying alone at the flat as a single female and have to say that I felt completely safe. The wooden door does go straight onto the street but it is not a sketchy area in the slightest and I felt completely safe. The city centre is half an hour away either by tram (a five minute walk away) or by train (a ten minute walk away).i saw some reviews that mentioned the noise from the bar next door- I stayed here at the end of February, so this may be factor, but genuinely I didn’t hear any noise at all- in fact the busiest I ever saw the bar was on Sunday lunchtime around 11am, so this did not disturb me at all. I would honestly stay here again in a heart beat.

Great host, very friendly and helpful. Sent lots of good places to eat for all times of the day. Showed us the natural loft and where everything was. Clean, great location and large space

Needs a facelift Lots of items that you feel are there for storage as oppose to fit for use. Be great if there was a small table and chairs that could be taken outside

Beautiful apartament, everything you need was there and a very comfortable big bed. Location is great! Metro aprox.5 min walk and a few stops to city centre. The beach is also a 5 min walk from the apartment which was very convenient. Many local bars with great food in the area and wine bars. Flea market appeared out of nowhere on a Thursday right outside the apartment which was great ! Lovely people, delicious food and interesting location ! Miguel is very nice person and helpful host !

More light in the apartment would be great but we were out and about all the time so that wasn't a problem for us!
