Acogedor Dúplex con terraza interior en la playa

We chose this apartment because of its location in El Cabanyal, i.e. close to the beach and rail/metro links. It's in a quiet street close to Cabanyal market, cafes and other eating places. We enjoy walking and were able to walk to all the city sights and attractions from the apartment, including to nearby Albufera and Port Saplaya. We hadn't realised there was a second bathroom so that was a bonus. The sky light above our bed provided additional light (and fresh air). The outside space is small with no view but at least there is somewhere to sit in the evening and to dry your washing (there is a clothes line with pegs).

The kitchen was well-equipped with crockery and pots and pans; however, it would have been useful if a few additional things were provided, e.g. cooking utensils like a wooden spoon or spatula and place mats. We'd have liked some mugs too. The open staircase is fine for adults but isn't ideal for smaller children.
