"Ruim, net en goed gelegen"

Ruim appartement met grote badkamer en slaapkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. 2e Slaapkamer is middels latjeswand afgescheiden van de woon/eetkamer. Voldoende winkeltjes en bakkers in de directe nabijheid. Op loopafstand van de haven en het strand (met palmbomen wat een instant vakantiegevoel gaf). Het oude centrum van Valencia is iets verder maar fietsverhuur is om de hoek. Ook de taxi's zijn goed betaalbaar wat een snel bezoek aan het centrum makkelijk maakt. Kortom ideaal appartement voor een paar daagjes Valencia. Let wel, momenteel wordt er gebouwd tegenover het appartement wat voor enige overlast kan zorgen, gelukkig starten Spaanse bouwvakkers niet zo vroeg waardoor je gerust tot half negen kunt slapen.

Een klein minpuntje was dat het appartement geblindeerde ramen had (wat goed is voor de inkijk op de begane grond), masr daardoor geen uitzicht naar buiten.

Posizione ottima a 2 minuti dal mercato centrale, personale preparato, gentile e simpatico. Appartamento ben arredato e con tutti i comfort. Piccolo supermercato vicinissimo a casa. Lavanderia gratuita a disposizione degli ospiti

Limpio y accesible pero local a pie de calle

No sabía que es un local a pie de calle reconvertido en apartamento. Una de las habitaciones no es tal es una separación con panel de madera de la zona común esto es incómodo no privacidad y sonidos y olores zona común a mí no me gustan estos habitáculos abiertos que no son habitaciones menos si van cuatro personas adultas. No hay percheros y abrigos tirados en sofá o puestos en sillas. Mampara ducha se sale todo.

Very easy to locate things around the apartment.

My only concern were the construction facing our apartment, they started very early and quite difficult with babies nap in the morning.
