FLORIT FLATS - City Arts & Port Suites - 15 min Beach

Summary: Cockroaches, Feels like a basement/office (can’t open windows - only to the construction site), Small second bedroom with a tiny bed (they advertise as for 2 people) - without heating and got very cold until the morning, Loud construction site in front of the building, They never refund a single Euro so think twice! I don’t recommend this accommodation at all! We didn’t like the apartment from the first enter. It all felt like entering into a store or an office (you can’t even open a window to get a fresh air as there’s just that facing a construction site in front of the building). It’s obviously remodeled stores or something. The equipment was new, nothing felt really worn off but that didn’t really overcome the feeling we had about the place. You can also pretty well hear the noisy construction site from the living room/kitchen until 6pm and then noise again at 8am. We only stayed one night of eight. After we killed a large cockroach in a bedroom and saw many of small ones running on the countertop in the kitchen, we didn’t want to stay any longer. Not to mention that the second bedroom comes with a small bed and is meant for two people (we were party of 6). This second bedroom didn’t come with a heating and it got cold until the morning even with other heating units on (December). I reached out to FLORIT and told them about cockroaches. They offered 2 options: Professional cleaning or move us to another unit. I refused both of them as we didn’t want the pest to be used while we’re there and we didn’t want to be moved to another unit since we knew it wouldn’t be any better. They didn’t offer anything else and strongly refused to refund anything even when I complained about the rest as well. We left anyway and rented an amazing apartment for the same money. I flushed €1.000 down the toilet. Think twice before you make a reservation here!

Todo nuevo y limpio salvo las sillas, que estaban bastante estropeadas. Tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El personal muy atento en todo momento y la ubicación la que buscaba. En general contenta.

No me gustó que no tuviese ventana, tan solo la cristalera opaca de la parte frontal de la entrada, ya que es un local convertido en apartamento.

No es una casa cómoda para 4 personas, honestamente

Las sillas estaban usadas, se les caía la tela. La puerta de la casa, a pie de calle. Un olor brutal a estancado la casa…
