Everything was really nice. The host is super nice and welcoming, the facilities offer more then you need, beds are very comfortable and the locatoon is excellent. I recomend it. We visited with 2 small kids and had a very nice time.

"As good as it gets."

Kiko, the owner was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed about an hour. He met us, and explained every amenity in the apartment, which was as explained. He even prepared for us in advance water, juices, ham, cheese, bread, cofee etc. to name a few. We really felt at home. Thanks, Kiko.

Everything was perfect, really.

"Tutto perfetto"

Posizione magnifica, Vicino ai mezzi, 600 Mt da metro, 400 Mt da parco e museo della scienza e oceanografico, 10 minuti in centro con i mezzi, 10 minuti zona con locali e ristoranti a piedi. Appartamento molto comodo, dotato di tutto, ideale per famiglie. Host molto disponibile e gentile. Nell’appartamento ci ha fatto trovare anche scorta di acqua e le cose per colazione e snack.

Unico neo se proprio devo trovarne uno la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Ma questo sarebbe ovunque a Valencia. Con un po’ di pazienza nelle varie viette comunque abbiamo sempre trovato qualcosa

"great stay, nice homey apartment"

everything as described, the apartment is quite spacious and welcoming; the host was very friendly and helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and left us water and breakfast food for several days, as well as some toiletries in the bathroom (razors, toothbrushes, etc) - much appreciated! plenty of books in spanish, and other languages, available - nice bonus Location and neighbourhood also very good (shout-out for the J.M. Restaurant nearby)

the second bedroom doesn't have natural light (as it's an alcove, and only has a window to the living room) - wasn't necessarily a problem, but worth taking that into consideration
