sehr zentral gelegen große Wohnung key für Schlüssel war beim einchecken ein kleines problem weil er nicht mehr aktiv war (Link) aber hats sich mit hilfsbereiten Nachbarn bald erledigt.

Apartamento bello e molto spazioso, 3 camere 2 bagni e un piccolo spazio esterno molto comodo. Posizione centrale e ben collegata con la metro con tutti i servizi alla mano

Si potrebbe migliorare sulla pulizia e la cura di qualche dettaglio, piccolo ma importante

La posizione comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni di Valencia. Appartamento spazioso e pulito

Zona un po' rumorosa soprattutto di notte ma qualche notte si può sopportare

Die Lage im quirligen, kreativen Viertel Ruzafa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Boutiquen, Vintage Läden, Supermärkte, Bars, Cafés, Tapas-Bars, internationale Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung mit 2 Bädern ist großzügig und sehr gut angelegt. Der Vollständigkeit halber muss man sagen, dass die Wohnung in einem lebendigen Viertel liegt und auch etwas hellhörig ist, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Der Check-in war einfach und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt ca. 15 Minuten Sehr gute öffentliche Verbindungen zum Flughafen oder zu den wunderbaren Stränden!

An apartment with a great location, near the center and with restaurants and bars really close to it. The office that manages the apartment is responsive and helpful!

The apartment needs renovation, I was expecting a better quality for the price! Also there were a lot of signs saying that in case of noise the guest will pay a fine for it. It was in so many places that was making the vibe of the house weird. The walls were not soundproof because we could hear the neighbours and it is a place that can accommodate a lot of people, so instead of not showing hospitality by putting so many signs to the guests they could improve their walls. I find that quite unprofessional!

Location was great. Good value for money.

The beds could do with being looked at. My bed was missing lathes. So it sank in the middle.
