"Comfortable & well located apartment, but needs some work & TLC"

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well located (20 min by metro from the center and 15 min walk from the beach). The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has a beautiful roof terrace. The rooms and beds were comfortable, each with a bathroom.

1. The apartment hadn't been cleaned in a while (it wasn't really dirty as much as dusty) 2. There was a bad smell of sewers coming from the kitchen sink (and the faucet was spraying in all directions). We told the property manager but they didn't do anything. 3. The pictures show windows in the living room. While that was once true (you can see where they once were from outside), they were since closed. So the living room lacks of natural light. It's not that big a deal, but the pictures are misleading (see ours below as opposed to the one they provide) 4. While the place is overall positive, the previous points make it a bit expensive for what we got

light and airy but with great Aircon. Really comfy beds and spacious for a short stay. Great location.

Lack of windows in the main room means you wouldn’t stay there for more than a few days. The stairs are very long and unusually steep. Didnt bother us but not good for anyone with health or mobility issues.
