The location is great, it is in the very city centre. All the sights were in the walking distance which was very convenient. There is a huge fridge in the apartment with freezer which was clean and very useful. There were electric window blinds that ensure some extra privacy since it is a base floor apartment. Likewise it makes it comfortable to sleep during the night as it creates perfect darkness.

There was a damp smell in the apartent which was not pleasant at all but it was the least of our concern. First night, we head weird noises coming form above. We found out that there is a rat in the ceiling which was making noise every night. We told the staff about this issue, however there was no response. Last day of our stay when we came back from a trip, we found a cockroach in the shower. We managed to flush it in the toilet but later that evening we found another giant cockroach in the living room which ran away. Last night was horrid and we could not wait to get out of there the next morning. Again, we informed the staff about this of course, he told us he will send someone to check it out the following day but it was unhelpful since we had to leave in the morning anyways. Besides some basic stuff were missing like paper kitchen towels. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

Perfect location within walking distance to the heart of Valencia- 3 min walk and you are in city center, appartment has everytning what you need for short stay, clean, full equipped also with kitchen appliances if you would like to cook.

The location is perfect, inside historic center. The room was very nice for two people.

The apartment is in the heart of the city centre, easy to find it, enough big for 3 people. Easy communication with the owner, I was receiving constantly information for my staying.

I was missing light in this apartment and balcony with nice view, but is on the first floor so it’s normal.

The location of the property is so ideal. The property was a beautiful space a small family can actually stay in the property for a short stay with the sleeper couch. Very self contained

Our second stay and another excellent one. The apartment is perfectly situated very near the Cathedral with plenty on bars and restaurants around. A small supermarket is just around the corner that has everything you need. Immaculately clean and in perfect condition. The hosts kept in touch with plenty of communications before the stay and are always available should you need them.

Could do with a kettle. Boiling water in a pan for tea/coffee takes a while.

Very walkable location, with enough room in the flat to make food and have two people be moving about comfortably. Kitchen has all the basic things you would need and the fridge is big for an apartment-size.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, which means you hear people coming in the front door and walking up the stairs at all hours. Also, just a heads up that the host will ask you to send them pictures of your passport through a website a few hours before you check in. It is a bit unnerving giving that info to an individual, even though we were told this is policy in Spain. There is also a 300 euro deposit, which you will be told about a week before check in.
