"Amazing stay in Valencia!"

Great location! Easy to access all of the sites. Top floor so nobody is above you making noise. Elevator to get up and down unless you wanna walk up the 200 steps. Views were great. Spacious. Staff was very responsive.

It was a huge property and only four of us were fortunate to use it. It has a great large eight seated table to eat at but the living area has two chairs and a small couch. There is an additional small couch upstairs where 2 more bedrooms are. I would’ve liked more casual seating area furniture, but the logistics of getting it to the eighth floor I’m sure are challenging to say the least.

"Localização excelente. O apartamento precisa de uma manutenção geral, está muito desgastado."

Tive problemas sérios no primeiro dia, dado que o elevador não estava funcionando. Também tive problemas com o entupimento do ralo do box, o que fez com que a água escorresse pelo apartamento, e também com duas maçanetas quebradas nas portas de acesso ao terraço.

"Ubicación inmejorable, confortable , si se arregla el tema de la electricidad seria genial,"

Las habitaciones confortables, muy buena cocina y ubicación inmejorable.

Tuvimos inconveniente con la electricidad, se disparaban los fusibles y se cortaba la electricidad muy a menudo , éramos 9 personas y teníamos que estar pendientes de la luz a todo momento.

Posizione perfetta, centralissima, spaziosa e ben arredata

Purtroppo l’appartamento non è riscaldato, è una cosa gravissima! Abbiamo dovuto dormire con i maglioni addosso, era vergognoso! Le camere da letto non sono dotate di riscaldamento, sono gelide, ci è stato fornito uno scaldino e una stufetta ma oltre a non essere ovviamente sufficienti scattava anche il contatore quindi non potevamo accenderne più di uno, in una casa con 7 camere da letto!
