The shower drain was slow

Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the mercat, The view of this unit is the best selling point of this property Representative met us at the door a few minutes after I informed them that i was ready to check in. Quick replies using Whatspp if I had questions or needed something.

Was not clear on the description of the unit - but this is a 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath. I thought it was a 2 bath. Needs more towel hooks/racks in bathroom The unit is showing its wear and tear. Bathroom vanity needs to be replaced due to wear. Parts of the floor is coming up and needs to be replaced. The cabinet doors of the kitchen were peeling Small elevator but thats what you would expect while in Europe. Needs instructions on how to run the clothes washer.

It is not a "luxury" apartment.

Central Area.

I strongly advise against booking this place. As a frequent traveler, I've never experienced such an unpleasant situation. The building is central, but the interior is in poor condition. The elevator is very old and dangerous, creating a constant sense of insecurity. I traveled with my parents and girlfriend, and I had to sleep on a sofa more uncomfortable than a wooden plank. Additionally, the shutter was broken, so we had no privacy, and light came in early in the morning. The bathroom was problematic because the shower did not work well, and we were told to use a mat to avoid issues. We were informed that problems should be reported before 6 PM, but fortunately, we returned after dinner, so we spent just a few hours in this place. This place should be avoided for its value for money. Valencia has much better facilities for the same price. The only positive note is Rafa, the check-in person, who was very polite.

We loved the location. It's right in the center, close to all the attractions.

First night there was a storm. We couldn't sleep at all because of the sounds coming from the bathroom window and terrace. The single bed and the sofa bed were so uncomfortable to sleep at. The tableware/silverware was not enough for 4 people. There was no pan. The washdisher was not cleaning the dishes because of the rust in its baskets. There were only 2 toilet papers in the apartment which were not again enough for 4 people. The curtain at the master bedroom was not covering the window. The air condition was not working properly to warm up the apartment. On top of everything, we've been charged €200 deposit on the first day, but I have no idea why they charged it for since there's nothing worth in the apartment. We travelled within Spain for 2 weeks and stayed in the apartments and we never paid any deposit.

The balcony view was great! Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. It was Central to city center for easy walking access to the city sites.

Perfect place - want to keep it a secret because it’s so nice.
