The location of the apartment is excellent, the old town is close, but its street is not that busy It is nicely furnished. The host was very welcoming, he allowed us to put down our baggage earlier than check-in time, he took as to the airport as well.

The fridge is a bit loud and you can hear the street noise within the apartment.

Big, comfortable apartment not far from city center. Near to the bus station and subway. The host is really nice and helpful.

Nothing specific to complain about.

Location: it's accessible to local shops, cafes, bus stops, a supermarket, and a estanco (tobacco shops where you can top up transport cards) within 10 min walking distance. The city centre is reachable in half an hour walking, or a few bus stops. It's fairly equipped with basic kitchen utensils, but enough to cook simple meals at home. The mod cons look half-way use and working, although we didn't use the washing machine and dishwasher at all. It's spacious and direct access to the street as it's on the ground floor. No need to climb stairs as in other places in Spain. The landlord's responsiveness and attentiveness to our requirements.

Cleanliness was an issue. The place isn't professionally cleaned. I had to sleep on dirty bed linings the first night as it was too late when I realised there was hair and fluff from previous guests Floors look dirty, just swept but not properly mopped. Place looks run down in some areas. The building looks shabby and the welcoming mat is falling off in pieces. It'd be better to remove it, if not changed. HOT WATER runs very fast, it definitely suits a couple but not a family of 4. Not even 3 taking quick showers would suffice the amount of hot water running in the morning. The landlord apologised and justified the issue with useless information for me. All I wanted was hot showers for my children everyday. Towels need to be changed. They look old and it raises the suspicion of not being sterilised. 2 AC units for the whole apartment aren't enough to keep the place warm. We were in late December, although Valencia isn't very cold, the place doesn't feel cozy because of this the landlord asked to keep the AC off when we were away. A good solution can be to have the AC running for a few hours during the day, and turn off when you get in as it also gets very dry for sleeping.

this location was perfect for us becaue we will move in the same street nexr week.. Definetely we will recommend this property to friends and family when they will visit s in Valencia.

the bedroom is on the streetside groundfloor and you hear and understand every word what people say who passing during the night..... !!
